Help Please, Gyno?


Hi Guys and Girls,

I haven’t read anywhere on the site yet about this but i have seen it mentioned throughout various forums.

I’m trying to tone my body up and get in some decent overall shape.

I’m 21 weigh 13 stone 4 and have been going on and off the gym for around 2 years. Only in the last 2 months have I thought seriously about becoming stronger, eating properly and enjoying gymwork as a hobby.

I have been noticing that when my nipples are not erect they can have a “puffy” look to them. I read alot its a sympton called ‘gyno’ it has a longer name which I can’t remember. The only problem is i’m not sure whether it is actually Gyno or just fat that I have stored around that area. When my nipple is erect it looks normal.

I know it may sound stupid but it can knock your confidence sometimes especially when it looks abit puffy. If anyone has any help or knowledge on this it would be great.

You have big nips, get over it. Short of surgery, there’s nothing you can do. Put some lean mass on your chest (and all over, for that matter) and no one will notice.

Gyno? You know your skinny fat with a low amount of muscle. Go eat some freshly slaughtered woodland creatures for a year and throw on lots of muscle and you’ll be fine.

That’s not gynecomastia. This is gynecomastia.

What you are seeing is just a totally normal amount of fat on an under-developed chest. Train seriously, add muscle and I promise you that you won’t have anything to worry about with respect to your nipples.
