Hey Guys,
Wondering if you guys out there could help me out.
I'm about to begin a cutting phase using the V-diet. I'll be using HOT-ROX, Low-Carb Grow!, and Surge. But, when it comes to the caloric calculations I can't seem to understand how they are obtained. You see in the article the example of a 193lbs. man is used his caloric intake range is:
10.2 x bodyweight + 879 x .50 = 1424 calories
10.2 x bodyweight + 879 x .60 = 1709 calories
10.2 x 193 + 879 x .50 = 1424 calories
10.2 x 193 + 879 x .60 = 1709
calories
My calculations,using this example, are:
(10.2 x 193) + 879 x .50 = 2408.1
(10.2 x 193) + 879 x .60 = 2496
How is this possible?
(A.) (10.2 x 193)=1968.6
(B.) 879 x .50 = 439.5
(C.) 879 x .60 = 527.4
A + B = 2408.1
A + C = 2496
Since I’m unable to correctly arrive at the right caloric intake range, would you do the math for me?
I weigh 166lbs.
Thanks In Advance,
Osvaldo Hernandez Chavez
