Help on Posture

advice my first thread here hope to get some advice on scapula and how to correct this

Scapula is just the Latin word for shoulder blade. All I can see from your picture is that you have two of them, which is a good starting point. Put differently: what, exactly, is your question?

Lol. This.

My advice on the scapula is to avoid breaking it. I hear that is not a good thing to do. You may also apply this advice to other bones in the body.

Arnold Presses 4x10
Constantly correct your self through out the day. Think of a string being attached to the top of your head and pulling you up.

Take a FULL deep breathe when ever sitting or standing. This will cause your lungs/core to “fill/tighten” up straight. I use that to make sure I have correct posture.
