So I am setting up a 3 day Juggernaut method, but am doing each lift but DL twice a week.
Was wondering if there is something big I am missing from this set-up? I have pretty good musculature to begin with so not sure I need much accesories for the time being.
Any kind of glaring errors? I figure Ill be hitting everything good by just keeping to the compound movements.
Interested in your guys opinion. Also whether bench should be twice instead of OH.
