ok so today at the gym i watched my self in the mirror for the first time on deads and realized my legs are hardly bent at all, and when i try to get down for leg drive i just cant it doesnt happen, my back is pretty flat which is good i pull conventinal and am almost 6’ 5’’ any thoughts to help would be great
Being so tall is def a disadvantage as the bar with 45s is not even half way up your shin. Your hips are flying up as soon as the bar comes off the ground. See if you can get used to squatting low and pausing bottom or low box squats. Have someone watch your form. Hard to judge yourself while doing the lift.
