Help On A Good Routine Diet


Im looking for help on an idea diet for cutting weight. I know I know I cant just cut weight from one area of my body but it seems like everything I eat goes into my chest, stomach and side areas. I currently do light weight exercises Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. And cardio Tuesdays, Thursdays and occasional Saturdays.

I do alot of martial arts training throughout the week also. So I am always on the move between my jobs and everything else, so there is no time really for a sit down meal. The site said my BMR is around 3000 calories. Any help would be greatly appreciated.


The main thing is to watch what you put in your mouth. Eat five or six small meals during the day that have lots of protein and healthy fats. No need to cut carbs since you are very active. What is your weight right now and please describe your workout routine, this info would be able to help much more.
