T-Nation PLEASE HELP. I have been reading allot about all the nutrition but I get overwhelmed and frustrated…Is there any book or reference on different meal plans to suit me.
I’m 29yrs old 6’5" 270lbs I weight train 4-5 days a week little to moderate cardio after workouts…I’m trying a t-dawgish type diet. The problems is I becoming burned out with the food choices and coming up with good recipes that are quick.I try to follow the 7 rules of clean eating and eat low GI carbs except PWO of course. Lots of green cauliflower, broccoli and Lean meats .
Any suggestions please…
