Help, My Tires Are Flat

I’m 38 and started powerlifting for about a year now. I slowly stopped playing softball, which was about the only thing keeping my legs running. The lifting is going great but I kept acquiring small leg injuries running the bases.

Now I’ve quit playing to concentrate on my lifting, but now I can’t hardly run around at all. The treadmill, sled work and roadwork is fine, at a slow pace and straight ahead. Can anyone recommend a speed program to get some lateral quickness back.

I think Westside has some speed and adjility training components.
