I’m a student so I pretty much have to resort to buying natural, almost tasteless whey protein (not exclusively but the majority of my ‘stock’ is natural). The problem is that when I take it to the gym I have to drink it just like that mixed in water. I wish I had a portable blender with me but it’s not the case and even if I had one I probably wouldn’t want to carry it around in my backpack the whole day.
What are some ways to pimp out my protein shake peri/post workout with the knowledge I can’t blend shit?
Also, not being specific but what amino acid would be the best to buy if I could only pick one exclusively? Glutamine? Or maybe just leave the amino acids and pick up some Creatine instead?
