Help My Aching Back!!

I somehow tweaked my back the other day, and I need some help and advice on what to do about it. I don’t know how it happened exactly, but the pain is between my right shoulder blade and my spine. It’s a little lower than the shoulder blade, and hurts more on horizontal movements, than on vertical. It’s a pain I could definitely workout through, but Im afraid Im going to injure it worse.
So should I workout? not workout? What kind of rehab should I do to get this thing better?
Any help would be really appreciated.
