my current diet is a mix of fruit/veg/fish/chicken and beef.
i am trying to cut down to as low a BF% as i can while still maintaining, if not increasing my muscle size.
ive heard many stories about having break days to eat whatever i want, having carb loading days etc…but for the past while i have been sticking to the diet 24/7 without problems.
im starting to wonder which type of diet which push me closer to my goals.
im looking to hear from people with similar experiences…to determine the right one.
