There is an old exercise example I saw in some old article about something where you basically GHR with a full barbell row, in the picture was a jacked dude on high jerk boxes with his training partner holding his ankles. I cant seem to find it anymore, perhaps someone has a link or maybe a mod can help me out? Yes! Thank you! I couldn’t for the life of me find it. I was planning on making a foot strap setup, sort of like a GHR so I don’t need to rely on someone lol
