I remember reading an article or something of Cosgrove, where he said something along the lines of although it seems counterintuitive, burning fat during cardio may be bad because you hold onto that fat for the next cardio session. Something like that, I’d just like to read it again but cant find it.
I though it was an article on here but I can’t find it. Maybe a newsletter? Hell know I cant remeber if it was even him, but I’m pretty sure. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.
