I am going to be starting a bulk next week, so I need to plan a diet. I am 15 years old, and I weight somewhere between 160-165 lbs. My BF% is already a little high, so I am only looking to get somewhere between 3000-4000 calories a day in order to gain as little fat as possible. My metabolism is also naturally pretty slow. Can you help me formulate a good diet plan?
Oh yes, and for supplements I will be taking Whey Protein, Casein Protein, Animal Pak, and Creatine Monohydrate.
