I am currently looking for an appropriate program to gain mass. Ive been training actively for 1/2 year now and I have completed 2 whole programs (Julien Greaux one and Jim Stoppani Shortcut to size).
I am 25 yr old, 6ft 2inch and when I started training I had 174 pounds, now I have 186 (my goal is 198).
Can u guys recommend me a good workout program? I prefer 4 days/week program (max 5). I also do some cardio, mainly running and swimming in rest days.
