Help Make a Workout Routine for a Friend

ok hes 130lbs low body fat 5’10 and runs cross country
He has a six pack but it doesnt really matter when you weigh that much lol…

anyway I was thinking a basic workout

any ideas?

Rippetoe’s comes to mind, but Avocado wrote something not too far back that might fit a little better. Lemme go find it.

Day 1: Squat, Pull-Up, Push-Up
Day 2: Deadlift, Row, OH Press

Probably 1 day on, 1 day off… or you could just do rippetoe’s.
