Help. Loss of Motivation/Reasoning

I would suggest the following writing exercise:

Take 30-60 minutes then you are feeling relatively normal (not anxious or over-confident etc.). Sit down.

First, write for at least 15 minutes about all the positive things training can bring to your life, how will your life be in 1, 5, 10 years if you continue training.

Then, write for at least 15 minutes about how your life will look in 1, 5, 10 years if you stop training and let things cascade from that into a worse and worse existence.

Write about facts, write about emotions, write about positive visions and dreadful alternatives.

This way you’ll get an idea of what you’d like to shoot for and what to run away from, a double dose of motivation, so to speak.
