Help Keep The Fat Off On Vacation

I have lost about 10 lbs of fat, and can finally see my abs without flexing. I have been trying to get lean for so long, and have finally done it. However I am now going to Panama City with my girlfriend and her family for about 5 days, and am worried that I am going to get gain some fat back. Eating right on the trip will be hard because her family loves to eat, and all of them are the type that never gains a pound.

So if anyone has some tips I would really appreciate it.

P.S. I will have access to a gym.

or just indulge a little and realize that 5 days won’t undo 5 weeks (probably longer) of hard work.

Don’t eat shit food.
Take it easy on the booze.
