I am new to T-Nation.
I need some advice on my workout routine as it is all over the place right now. I workout 4 Days a week, looking to build some lean muscle.
Saturday-legs and shoulders
Its been quite a qhile now and I havent seen major changes to my muscle mass..though I eat well too..5-6 meals a day..
If any one can help me that would be highly appreiciated
