I’m 34 and have inflexible hamstrings. I remember a physical at 18 where the doctor said, you have inflexible hamstrings.
It’s preventing me from doing bent over barbell rows. I do dumbell ones on a bench instead. Bent over barbell rows turn into deadlift/rows. The hamstrings force me to keep a constant watch on lower back rounding also.
All that touch your toes crap i did in school never helped to be honest. I’ve read studies which pretty much say the same. How the hell do you make your hamstrings more flexible???
