If you’re like me, a beginner, some of the stuff you read can be overwhelming. I know it is to me. Today I found something that might help.
All you have to have is a computer, which you already have access to if you are reading this, and Microsoft Office. Go here http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT010482871033.aspx
and download their templates.
I downloaded their daily log of calories and fat percentage template and their Daily strength training log template.
Hopefully with both of these it will cut out some of the thinking involved and I can focus on some other important areas whether it be losing weight, gaining some muscle or bulking up.
