hi, very new to training I am a teen at 145 and about 15% body fat, looking to gain about 15 pounds and stay in good shape. I am looking for any info that will help( tips, hints, wisdom, anything)
There are threads at the top of the beginners forum. Theyre called ‘stickys’. They have important articles linked in them that all beginners should read. They provide a foundation of nutrtional and training knowledge. Read them.
Then read them all again.
Then come and ask any specific questions. But read around the forums a bit to get a feel for what kinds of questions arent tolerated.
and while you are reading all that, eat food.
