Help Fixing My "Big Three" Form

Ok I already have thread in beginners forum but I think I could get more advice here.

So yesterday I was trying some tips I got from here. I tried to lower my hips and go forward with my shins a bit.

The right one was from 2 weeks ago.
The thing is: I pull a less weight this way and it feels awkward. Also my lower back was one fire which is strange since I thought lowering my hips will lower the stress on lower back.


Squat is really weak point for me so any help would be appreciated.
