Help Finding Rope

Can anyone tell me where I can find 2 1/2" to 3" rope that is at least 55’ in length for a reasonable price? I have looked at Home Depot and Lowes with no luck. I am looking to use it for car pulls and possibly climbing. Thanks in advance for any help.

Some sort of boating supply store have what you are looking for.

What do ya need fookin’ rope fer? Are ya fookin’ Charlie Bronson in the movies ‘er somethin? Fine, ya can have yer fookin’ rope then.

Yeah, I’ve heard a bunch of people hunt down boating supply shops for their heavy duty rope needs. You can find some pretty durable stuff. Great for falling through vents and shooting Russian mobsters too.

Check for a Boat US or West Marine store in your area. That’s where I got mine. Don’t expect to get it for cheap though-- mine is probably 1.5in in diameter and it was close to 70 bucks for a similar amount.

try this. I think they are a good source for specialty items.
