Help Creating a Training Journal

Hello all. I’m a longtime reader/lurker but rarely post. I’ve recently written a 12 week program based upon Westside principles. I’d like to enter it into some type of table/spreadsheet so that I can take it to the gym and simply enter the data directly into the appropriate cells. Unfortunately, I’m technologically challenged. As a result, it would take me a great deal of time figuring out how to format an efficient table/spreadsheet.

Do any of you have a maleable (sp?) form that you could E-mail me as an attachment? I would really appreciate any help.
