I’ve been following a low carb diet for the past 10 weeks. I’m 5’11 started at 230. For the first 8 weeks I was following a diet similar to JB’s get shredded diet. I hit a plateau at around 208 and then switched to the same diet CT put Bartl on in the Physique Clinic where he eats High Fat- MWF and no fat just protein and veggies on T-TR-Sat-Sun.
When I switched over I immediately started dropping weight and now have abs for the first time in my life. I’m currently sitting at just under 200 w/ maybe 10-12% BF. I’m planing on following this diet for 2 more weeks, but not really sure what to do next. New goal is to add muscle while staying lean. Do I slowly ramp up calories on a week to week basis? Do I add in carbs daily or maybe just a few higher carb days?
