Help Choosing Program

I am torn between choosing TBT or West side for skinny bastards. My goals are to lose some fat while keeping as much of the muscle I have gained. My stats are 17 yrs old, 5’9, 178 lbs. I realize this is not huge by any means but I would like to get leaner before pursuing any other goals.

So does any have any experience with these programs or input on which would be better?

Which ever one you will do and do with intensity and consistancy.

Both are great.
