Help, 9-Months Unimpressive Progress (17 Y/O)

Caned tuna are the worst thing you can eat right now imo.Why?Cause it has such low calories and you are not used to eating

I think a good place to start is
1.Eat at least 2000 calories per day
2.Beans are a good cheap af source of protein,so throw some in here and there

Good to hear.One more piece of advice is to keep a detailed training log here,it will keep you sonsistant,motivated and you’ll get more specific advice from better lifters
