happy new year!! definetly feeling the 2010 new year, new life motivation… im 24 5’6’’ 160lbs. not new to lifting have been for years on and off but i had one hell of a summer last year and im trying to have a better one this year… ive been working out pretty strong for about 5 months now (5 days a week, hour and a half at the gym) and not just working out but the nutrition side of it also. i think im pretty strong for me size my max on bench is 245, squat is a little weak 225 about 6-8 reps for 3 sets… just started doing pull ups finally able to do sets of 10 now…
compared to lots of other people i see in the gym i feel my workouts are more intense, i really dont fuck with machines just the barbell dumbells and my own body weight, my cardio is weak, cant stand tredmills, i got some hills around my house and im ready for them i just cant find time, got some belly fat im tryin to shed, but i quit drinkin for the winter and quit smokin pot for my new years resolution. and thats pretty much it for now. excited about this forum and would appreciate some feedback. thanks for takin your time to read this.
