Hello from Germany

Hi guys,

i´m a big fan of T-Nation,especially of the articles,
from germany.

the knowledge in the us is very different compared to europe,thats why i hope to find out something new.

for example…

i´m searching a typical advice/log for building strength and mostly size.
i know everybody is different,but do you have a main orientation?

sorry for my bad language…i´ll practice it:)

  • incline hammerstrength

  • flat db

  • db flys

  • chins

  • babell row

  • single arm row

day2:lower body

  • deadlifts/squats
  • superset:
    leg extensions
    harmstrings machine
  • standing calf raises

day3:shoulders/arms

  • clean&press/military press
  • upright row
  • db side laterals(?)
  • superset:
    barbell curls
    french press
  • machine curls
  • floor press

-most of the time training with failure
-high intensity-low volume
-3times per week+ 1day cardio+abs&calves
