Just a quick note to wish all the best for Lancaster Powerlifting Club’s two best lifters:
Helen Isaac & Gary Fisher. They will be lifting on Sat the 15th (Gaz) and Sun 16th (Helen) April at the BDFPA British Champs. Helen will be in the unequipped and Gaz in the equipped.
