Done. Too pissed to stretch. My squat is down but so is my bodyweight still. I am drinking 2 n-large shakes right now and in 20mins, I am going to drive to subway get, 2 40 foot long party subs, throw out the insides of them, drive to Wendy’s, get 60 classic triples with double mayo, cram them all into the sub rolls, and eat both of them until I either die or weight 400lbs.

I giggled while reading this log. I think I’ll be following. Prob strongest dude on T-Nation.

Thanks man, I’m glad to know me sucking at lifting weights isn’t just funny to me. haha. Thanks for following, hopefully when I get some weight back the weights will start getting a little more respectable.

Thanks. The weight gain is good so far, I am already back up to 255 and I’m not getting fatter yet… yet.

Do you only do singles for speed pulls? I’m going to start adding those for DL and not sure if I should be doing 1, 2 or 3 reps. No bands or chains, just weight for now. On bench I have been doing 3 reps

I like singles. I like getting my set-up perfect on every rep. It really helps your technique in the long run.

Workout out was a little weird today. An undergrad class came in to use the weightroom in the middle of the seated good mornings. It is much harder to lift heavy weights when you are trying not to inturrupt a lecture. Everyone had a look of horror on their faces when I got the 365 for 5… I was waiting for a, “thats not good for your back.” I would have then proceeded to kill and eat all 40 students in the room but, unfortunately, no one said anything.
