SO roughly about a week and half ago or so I decided to cut the shit and challenge myself. I stopped the bitching and moaning and just started actually working for what I want! By just cutting out bad food and eating better and enjoying every benefit of muscle milk I have gone from 170 to 154 in less than 2 weeks. And of course I'm working out everyday! I felt really bad the first 3 days but now I feel awesome! And I am sooo proud of myself! I just have to tell the world you know?!?!

Congratulations. Smart, consistent training over an extended period will yeild amazing results. Keep it up and you will achieve your goals and more.
