Heck Yeah!

SO roughly about a week and half ago or so I decided to cut the shit and challenge myself. I stopped the bitching and moaning and just started actually working for what I want! By just cutting out bad food and eating better and enjoying every benefit of muscle milk I have gone from 170 to 154 in less than 2 weeks. And of course I’m working out everyday! I felt really bad the first 3 days but now I feel awesome! And I am sooo proud of myself! I just have to tell the world you know?!?!
