I may have overlooked it in the article…But, can heavier than 10rm weight be used during EDT? Say for instance, 6RM?
YOu can but you’d end up hitting failure quicker and would need more rest time to recover between sets
Yes. You can use heavier weights and start out with lower reps (use 3 reps when starting with 6RM or only perform singles). You can still keep the rest periods short (and should strive to do so).
