I was curious, you say up to 6 days max(using 3 Main lifts) If someone is only training 4 days per week is it better to use the same upper/lower lift or to have a different main lift for upper and lower.
Example A: Day 1. Slight Decline Bench Day 2. Dead-Squat Day 3. Slight Decline Bench Day 4. Dead-Squat.
Example B: Day 1. Slight Decline Bench Day 2. Dead-Squat Day 3. Overhead Press Day 4. SSB Squat.
Have you found that you need to push things to 6 sessions to really reap the benefits of this type of work or is 4 days enough, maybe not optimal but workable?
