Are heavy ab exercises gonna give you a shitty hip to waist ratio?
Ha, yeah I bet Orville Burke just did a lot of heavy ab work to get that stomach.
You can still get hypertrophy with "light" excercise (ever see the calves on someone who jogs uphill or the thighs on a cyclist/figure skater?)
Best bet to have a good waist-to-hip ratio? Don't be fat.
