Being in the military, my troops must maintain a certain level of fitness. Unfortunately our snackbar seems determined to undermine that fitness. With sodas and cheese danishes its no wonder that several folks fail a fitness/waiste measurement test. I am trying to get some healthy choices installed in the snackbar, i.e. starkist lunch to go. Is there anyone out there that can suggest some ideas for items I can pick up at the grocery store that aren’t too expensive that might help me out.
