Alrighty people, I just want to clear up an issue that me and my friend have debated for a long time. He thinks sun chips are healthy for you (or at least not that bad) and are a good source for a regular low GI carb. I am under the impression that all chips are created by Satan, but I might be a little melodramatic with that one. Any thoughts?
Their deep fried, and probably loaded with preservatives. Not a great choice.
All junk food is bad. I thought that was just common sense.
Just look at the label and you’ll have your answer (macros and ingredients).
