Healthy Deliciousness

So i just whipped up this meal using some stuff i had lying around. Usually this doesnt go to well for me but this came out pretty damn tastey.

1 cup brown rice (cooks to about 2.5 cups, used beef broth and water)
Onion and Mushrooms sautteed in EVOO
Shrimp cooked like the onion n shrooms but added garlic
Roasted Red Pepper from a jar

Once the rice and everything else is done you just mix that shit together and enjoy. This was really simple and not too time consuming. Of course you can use any type of meat you fancy but the shrimp seemed to fit this perfectly. The red pepper adds some flavor and color.
