I am a cookie monster. Plain and simple, if I am eating a chocolate chip cookie, I am happy. Yeah, this kills me if I am dieting, but I figure since I am trying to add mass, I might be able to use this to my advantage.
Does anybody have any reciepes for a nutrient dense chocolate chip cookie? I’d imagine something with oatmeal, nuts and protien powder would work, I just don’t know how to make it.
If it helps, I have a boatload of vanilla whey. How could I best use this?
