Ingredients:
Mixed berries
Protein powder
Genesis (greens supplement)
Peanut butter (3 tbsp)

50 protein, 600 calories

Taste: 3/10
Where 1 is horse shit and 10 is your favorite dessert

Thanks Mort! Third rep of 90 was technically a PR, but my brother said it wasn’t full ROM. That should improve as I get used to weighted chins again
