Yea dude. Two of my friends were talking about yoga last night and were talking about this 30 day yoga challenge thing. Apparently, there’s a different video every day that you can do. So I told them I was up for it. Lord knows we all need more mobility in our lives.
Today was the first day, and it was pretty good. It wasn’t as hard as the yoga I’ve been doing recently, but maybe it starts off pretty chill. With all the heavy lifting you do, yoga definitely wouldn’t hurt anything haha
