It should be conspicuous to my horde of loyal followers that I’ve been skipping conditioning on lift days. I’ve gotten really bad about this.
I could barely get out of bed this morning. The DOMS from Sunday’s squat BBB devastation have turned into a general whole body malaise.
My first true de-load in months is just over the horizon.
