Headaches when front squatting

OK, this has got me stumped, as per the title I'm getting headaches when front squatting.

[1] No, I'm not holding my breath
[2] I'm well hydrated
[3] No, it's not neck/ trap tension, I have a massage every fortnight to amek sure my neck etc is in good nick

Suggestions?? Could it be bar position for example?

Are these olympic or bodybuilder style?

SOmewhere in between,

not crossing the arms, but they're at neck rather than shoulder width

Try olympic style. Bodybuilder style have made my head hurt for a few minutes after the sets are finished, but not a headache.
