155 at 6’ is a toothpick … what they are saying is before you waste your money on AAS you should learn how to eat.

I hear y’all on the eating thing. I’m a personal trainer and I eat around 4000 calories a day. My diet is good. Metabolism is just extreamly fast for my age. What I’m really lookin for is advice on what to cycle to help w that. Or reallfally just somethin to boost ene lately. Lookin to boost that for Low energy has been my biggest downfall. It seems I’m getting no advice on what’s good out there right now.
