im going to be starting an hdrol cycle about 5 weeks. i have all pct, liver support and all that in place. i want to gain strength and get bigger but also want to shred body fat. im 6’3 about 210. 10% BF. would like to gain 5 pound and get down to 7-8% BF.
the two questions i have is should i run oxy elite pro with this cycle, and about how many calories should i take in a day/ what kind of diet would be best to reach my goals?
