HCG Use and Preparation

This is how to properly prepare 5000 ius hcg for a ten week supply.
Hcg is a peptide. THat means it is a large complex molecule, that is held together by verry weak carbon bonds at points throughout its structure, and that means it is sensitive to shock, light , freezing, and heat.

It is therefore imperitive that it is handled delicately throughout the preparation process, as well as after.
Before proceding, pick a clean ,dry, well lit work area, and sterilise as best you can. Also use laboratory gloves.

  1. purchase empty 10 ml vial, and 30mls bacwater
2)Crack both single use vials suplied with hcg kit
3)using slin pin, draw up 1 ml suplied bacwater
  2. SLOWLY run the 1ml bacwater down the side of the crack-top containing the lypholised hcg powder.
  3. allow to mix on its own
  4. Add 9 mls bacwater to stoppered empty vial with IM pin “3x3ml’s”
  5. SLOWLY draw up the 1ml HCG solution
  6. Insert loaded slin pin into 10ml vial containing bacwater.
  7. Invert 10ml vial enough to submerge needle, and SLOWLY push the plunger.
  8. SLOWLY pull plunger back out, and push in again, to “rinse”.
  9. withdraw slin pin, and discard.
  10. Refrigerate finished product.

You now have 10 mls HCG dosed at 500 iu/ml
Assuming you will be using 250iu 2x weekly, thats a 10 week supply.
To use, simply read the sticky titled injection guide. With one big exception. HCG is injected Sub-Cutaneously (below the skin) with an insulin needle(u-100).A u-1oo needle is designed specifically for insulin dosing.

But for our purposes,- 1/2 the syringe-the hashmark designated 50 equals 1/2 ml which, assuming you followed the instructions above, equals 250 iu’s
Once youv’e SLOWLY (remember, hcg is shock sensitive) drawn up the desired dose. Set the pin down with the needle hanging over the edge of whatever surface you are using. Find a spot on your legs or abdomen you can reach with both hands, and pinch up 1/2 inch of skin. Prepare site with alcohol.

We’ll use a spot 1 inch to the right of the navel. Assuming you are right handed, pinch the skin with your left hand. Re-swab the raised spot to the right of your fingers. Pick up the pin and stick it in. push the plunger. withdraw and discard. EASY RIGHT?

HCG usually only last about 4-5 weeks after reconstitution.

this sounds way too complicated. why not just stick with nolva/clomid??

What?

hCG and SERMs are ‘two’ completely different things, with different purposes.

So then, is it even necessary after a 12 week cycle to use hcg? I really don’t care how my balls appear - I just want to kickstart my natural test production as soon as possible.

Some people enjoy using hCG during their cycle. It is not necessary to use as a part of PCT.

He copied it from the elite fitness board: Here’s the original thread, I just read it the other day:

You’re welcome.

hCG lasts much longer than that when recon. I mix 10,000iu and it is effective for 80 days.

If you can get hCG in multi-dose vials and simply inject BA water into that things are then easier. This subjects the recon hCG to needle flow transfer damage once [while injecting]instead of 2 times.

Best to inject 250iu SC EOD, research show that to be effective.

You can swirl to mix, just do not shake.

When transferring or loading up; do that slowly to reduce shear damage by high speed flow through the needle and avoid cavitation. Inject slowly too.

You can mix to any concentration that you like. I mix to 2000iu/ml and inject .125ml to get 250iu.

Really? Most people I talk to pitch their HCG after 4-6 weeks because they notice a considerable dropoff in effectiveness. I know the manufacturers say that it lasts longer. Could it be the difference is how it is stored or handled that makes it last longer for some?

I store the kits refrigerated before they are needed. But the shelf life of the kits is long already. Mix with chilled BA water or room temp and refrigerate… that’s all one can do.

The TRT guys on a dead steady TRT dose for years will notice things of this nature that would be too subtle to notice with the big changes on cycles. The guys who inject very large [read stupid] amounts of hCG may be able to feel an effect that is not sustainable as the LH receptors down regulate from over stimulation. One can feel transient effects, but those by definition go away. When transients in play, one cannot make statements about feeling hCG product fade. I have also used expired kits and could not say that I felt that the result was less.

What is a good ballpark shelf life on HCG prior to reconstitution?

The shelf life of the dry powder is quite long when stored at room temperature. Refrigeration of the powder would extend that.

Like “years”?
