You are injecting using an insulin syringe. Each hash on the barrel is 1/100th of a ml. So it’s pretty easy to measure accurately. If your plan is to take 500iu then draw 10 units into your barrel. Insulin syringes are made to be insanely accurate for small doses, so as long as you can physically see the unit measurements you can’t go wrong.

Shit, is this true? I put my reconstituted HCG vial in the refrigerator and it suppose to sit there for 2 weeks.
Am i damaging it this way? What is the freshness date of the hcg and bac water?
He was asking about leaving it at room temperature. Once it’s refrigerated it lasts up to six weeks for our purposes.
