So, it looks like the standard dose of HCG is 250ius. I have 1cc insulin pins marked in increments of 10. How far up the barrel should I fill the pin to get 250ius? Thanks.
Depends on the concetration of the solution. How much powder came in the vial? And how much water did you dilute it with?

5000 ius
was going to reconstitute with 2.5 ml of bac water
5000iu / 2.5ml = 2000iu per ml
You need 250iu per injection.
2000 / 250 = 8 => so you need 1/8th of a ml.
1 / 8 = 0.125 or 12.5 lines on a slin pin. You may have to approximate with a 1ml slin pin. It would be easier with a 0.5cc (1/2ml) slin pin (13 lines).
It may be easier for you to reconstitute with 2ml of bac water instead of 2.5. That will yield 2500iu / ml. That way you can fill the 1ml slin pin to the 10 mark for 250iu.
