@KSman I just started HCG Mono today. He’s got me on 500 sc EOD for 6 weeks then retest. Should i be on 250 EOD or 500 basic protocol? I saw in the sticky 250 was what you recommended. Had my first shot this afternoon and have a pretty good headache and my ears seem warm if that makes any sense. Appreciate ya.
There can be odd effects starting a new hormone that are transient. Sit back and observe.
Concern with larger amounts of hCG are:
- cost
- possible high T–>E2 inside the testes, which cannot be managed by anastrozole
- possible desensitization of LH receptors - theoretical at your dose

gave me a gnarly panic attack and didn’t try again. Doc said to cut in half but decided against it
